Shipping policy

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

SHIPPING POLICY - Free shipping on orders above $100

All Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS, Orders can take 2 to 3 Business days to arrive.  Please consider the weather, distance from sender or a number of other circumstances, may cause delays.  Once you have tracking information, please contact USPS with any issues that you have with delivery times.  If you suspect your order has been misdelivered, lost or stolen, please put in a claim with USPS before contacting Thrifty Tomboy.  We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number

International Orders are shipped via USPS and arrive in 2 to 3 weeks but could take up to 30 days.

In-Store Pickup Option - Customer will receive e-mail or text when order is ready for pickup.  Please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing.  Pickup must be completed during store hours.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES - 5 to 7 Business Days to process before shipping.  Holidays and weekends are excluded.  Please consider processing times could take longer around holidays and sale times
