Thrifty Tomboy is my favorite place to shop in Peoria. The styles are retro with a modern twist and unique style. The owner has an amazing sense of style and an eye for styling others. She is knowledgeable and creative and very warm. The vibe of the shop is always positive and the customer service is unbeatable. This will always be a place I frequent and many of the items I have purchased from there are staples in my wardrobe!
